Creamy Sesame SriRacha Sauce

Joni here to tell you that this super-easy-to-make sauce will quickly become a household favorite! I’m never without a squeezy bottle full in my refrigerator.  It tastes absolutely flippin’ fantastic on sushi, bowls, as a salad dressing, on tacos, as a dipping sauce, as a sandwich spread, or basically anywhere a creamy sauce with a bit of a kick is warranted!

Yield: About 3 cups

Ingredients

12 ounces soft silken tofu  

½ cup vegetable oil  

¼ cup sesame oil  

1 tablespoon minced garlic  

3 tablespoons Sriracha Sauce  

2 tablespoons rice vinegar  

½ teaspoon mustard seed  

½ teaspoon sea salt  

Method

Simply add all ingredients to a blender and blend until silky smooth. Keep refrigerated.  

Keep refrigerated in an air-tight container for up to two weeks.
