A fun start to creating a "Farm to Table" meal for your family tonight with vegetables that "u-picked"!
What Is It?
This is a FREE, guided wagon ride around the farm, where you will be able to pick your own fresh fruits and vegetables in the field! This tour takes 45 min to 1 1/4 hours. Remember to wear closed-toe shoes as you will be walking through the fields which may be muddy and uneven. Also, the wagon ride and fields are not shaded, so hats and sunscreen are recommended.
How Does It Work?
U-Pick Tours are seasonal and take place when we have an abundance of crops. Times are announced when tours become available and no reservations are necessary; simply arrive 15-20 min prior to the announced time so you don't miss the tractor.
What can we pick?
Vegetable picking is seasonal and based on availability, but U-Pick produce may include: carrots, tomatoes, lettuce, corn, bell peppers, eggplant, tomatoes, cucumbers, Swiss chard, kale and more. It's a surprise every day!
How much is it?
There is no admission and the wagon ride is free. Pay for what you've picked at the end of your tour. Everything is priced the same as our market stand. For example, carrots are sold by the bunch, corn by the piece, tomatoes by the pound.
Public Drinking Water Is Not Available.
Bring your own or bottled water is available for purchase at $2.00/bottle.
FOR YOUR SAFETY we recommend wearing comfortable shoes that you don't mind getting dirty. Please avoid wearing sandals/flip-flops, opened toe shoes, high heels, or dress shoes.
In complying with insurance policies, and for your protection, PETS and WAGONS are prohibited.
