Hana Field is now welcoming schools and groups for hands-on farm field trips! Students rotate through exciting education stations where they plant their own sunflower seed to take home and learn all about the chicken life cycle. The adventure continues at the barnyard, where kids get up close with baby goats and sheep and finish the day with a scenic wagon ride around the farm. Perfect for Preschool through 3rd grade, Hana Field field trips bring learning to life with animals, agriculture, and plenty of fresh-air fun.

Hana Field Barnyard

This lively little barnyard is run by Max and his ever-growing goat family, and there’s always something happening. In the spring, you’ll meet our baby goats, who steal hearts daily and play a starring role in our Saturday Baby Goat Yoga sessions.

Beyond the goats, the barnyard is home to a friendly alpaca, curious bunnies, waddling ducks, turtles, chickens, and our newest standout resident, a stunning all-white peacock. It’s a fun mix of personalities that makes every visit feel a little different.

Whether you’re visiting for the animals or just a good story, the Hana Field Barnyard is a place to slow down, smile, and connect with farm life.

Meet your farmers

Max

Max

Farm Manager · Since 2024

Max is the heart of the barnyard and a proud caretaker of his goats and the whole crew. As Barnyard Manager, he oversees daily animal care, welcomes guests, and makes sure every baby goat in the spring is healthy and ready to steal hearts. He knows every animal by name and isn’t shy about sharing who’s causing the most drama that week. If you see him around, say hello!

David

David

Barnyard Lead · Since 2024

He’s been part of the barnyard crew for years and works side-by-side with Max as his right-hand man. Whether he’s fixing a fence, setting up for goat yoga, or milking the goats in the morning, he’s always somewhere around the barn getting things done. If something breaks, needs building, or a goat decides to test the rules, he’s already on it!

Pumpkin Patch

Each fall, Hana Field fills with pumpkins, games, barnyard visits, a cow train, and seasonal flower picking. As the season winds down, we wrap it up with special themed days, including Día de los Muertos, honoring tradition and remembrance, and a fan-favorite Dog Day, when pups are invited to join the pumpkin patch fun.

Whether you’re here for pumpkins, playtime, or one of our end-of-season celebrations, Hana Field is all about relaxed fall memories and good vibes.

Dog Days

A special, end-of-season celebration where well-behaved pups are invited to enjoy Hana Field alongside their humans. Leashed dogs can explore the field, snap adorable photos, and soak up all the sights and smells. It’s a relaxed, tail-wagging day that brings together farm fun and dog-loving energy. It's the perfect way to wrap up the season with four-legged friends included.
