Entry Period.** The Jelly Wars vote opens Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 8:00 AM Pacific Time and closes Saturday, August 29, 2026 at 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Entries received outside this window will not be eligible. **3. Eligibility.** Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Tanaka Farms and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. **4. How to Enter.** Visit tanakafarms.com/pages/jelly-wars, choose your preferred jar design, and submit your email address. Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Entry Period. Duplicate entries from the same email address will be consolidated into a single entry. **5. Newsletter Sign-Up Is Optional.** Subscribing to the Tanaka Farms newsletter is entirely optional and is not required to enter or to win. Choosing not to subscribe does not affect your chances of winning in any way. **6. Prizes.** Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) small jelly sampler gift box and two (2) admission tickets to a Tanaka Farms tour. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution is offered, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. **7. Winner Selection & Notification.** Five (5) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on Saturday, August 29, 2026, after the Entry Period closes. Winners will be notified by email at the address submitted, on or about Saturday evening, August 29, 2026. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, that prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random. **8. Odds.** Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. **9.
