Handling Charges (Before Tax)

USA: A handling fee of $3 applies to all orders.

Canada: A handling fee of $5 applies to all orders.

International: We DO NOT sell internationally at the moment.

Shipping Methods

Domestic Shipping (USA)
Orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground.

International Shipping
We DO NOT sell internationally at the moment.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

Please allow 3-7 business days for order fulfillment notice and tracking information.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–10 business days after purchase, unless noted otherwise* (Pre-Orders). 

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Risk of Loss and Damage

All purchases are made under a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

• Claims for damaged or lost shipments must be filed with the carrier.

Exchanges and Returns

All sales are final. Tanaka Farms does not accept returns or exchanges.

Detailed measurements are provided for every product to assist with sizing.

In the event of errors made by Tanaka Farms, customers must contact info@tanakafarms.com to request authorization for an exchange.

Customs and Duties

Domestic Taxes: Tanaka Farms collects sales tax on orders shipping to CA, CO, GA, HI, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, NJ, NY, OK, PA, and WA. Sales tax rates may vary by location.

International Duties: Payment of customs duties and taxes is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
